Add a venue, create a tournament listing, then open Brackets & Scoring to register players or teams and run a test event. Use Registrations to add players and 3–5 player teams. Set prizes and optional side pots in Prizes & Pots. The bracket demo remains separate for now.

Tournament Entry Price
Total entry price per entrant. Green fees are INCLUDED in this amount and deducted from the prize portion. Optional side pots are extra and paid on arrival.
Green Fees · Director Settings
Green fee is included in the tournament entry price, NOT charged in addition. This portion is deducted from the entry amount when calculating the prize pool.
Optional side pots
Last Team Standing is available for team tournaments; entry is per team, not per player. Optional pots are opt-in for participants. This page records the director's settings, not participant payments or eligibility.
Side Pot Entrants
Check each registered entrant who opts into a side pot. Entries are director-recorded, not payments. Public updates require publishing the tournament.

Payments are recorded by the director in this browser. The bracket is never changed by checking in a player. Closing registration prevents new registrations in this browser; it is not a cross-device lock until shared registration storage is connected.
Player & Team Registration
Tournament directors can add any player or team, whether or not they have a CueRivals account. Choose a registered player to fill in their details, or simply type a new player name manually. No CueRivals player registration is required to enter a tournament. This preview saves entries in this browser; the bracket demo is not yet linked.

Protect Your Existing Tournament Data
Before moving browser-only registrations and payments to secure shared storage, download a backup of your current device data. This includes saved tournaments, venues, registrations, side-pot selections, and your local bracket states. Keep the backup private because it can contain player contact details.
This is a backup only. Cloud synchronization is not enabled yet; no local data is deleted or uploaded.
Director's tournament listing export
Export the saved tournament listings and venue names as CSV. Detailed bracket and score exports remain inside the Brackets & Scoring demo.
